I am trained TTR1 level Mindfulness Teacher and I run an 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. You can contact me for more details and to find out when the next class will be starting. No experience necessary.
Mindfulness is an evidence based, NICE recommended approach to managing a host of issues such as anxiety, panic disorder, depression, stress, sleep problems and low mood.
I currently run a monthly mindfulness group. You don’t need any experience to attend. The cost is £8 and the next dates are:
Saturday 7th October 12-1pm.
Saturday 4th November 12-1pm.
Saturday 2nd December 12-1pm.
Saturday 13th January 12-1pm.
I also run a Mindful Mummies group which is for parents of children 0-crawling. You don’t need any previous experience to join this group. The aim is to relax, fully enjoy this special time with your baby, and make new friends.
I also work with individuals on developing mindfulness techniques either as part of their therapy or as an individual skill.
